several
people
witnessed
the
shooter
crawling
on
the
roof
of
a
local
building
before
Trump
was
shot.
The
man
had
a
rifle.
They
warned
the
Secret
Service
but
they
did
not
act.
When
the
man
started
shooting
“they
blew
his
head
off.”
