Russian Forces Unleash Over 120 Missiles and 90 Drones in One of the Largest Strikes of the War Against Ukraine – Several Regions Undergoing Power Blackouts (VIDEOS)


Russian Federation forces have undertaken one of the largest and most powerful strikes of the whole war overnight, with over 120 missiles and 90 drones used, according to Kiev’s numbers.

The strikes targeted energy infrastructure facilities and military installations.

We will see what can we learn from this, as reported by the Telegram Channels Intel Slava Z, Slavyangrad, Lord Bebo and Sputnik International:

With the strike on Ukraine, De-Energization continues, as emergency power outages have been introduced throughout Ukraine.

In Odessa, in addition to the electricity, water supply, and heating have been cut off.

Emergency power outages were also introduced in the Poltava and Chernihiv regions.

Rivne is partially without power.

Hit on energy infrastructure in Volyn region

A substation was hit in Krivoy Rog, that reports problems with electricity.

Weapons of all kinds were flying at Ukrainian Air Defense facilities, military facilities, transport infrastructure, and energy facilities.

Here’s some of the damage to the electricity infrastructure:

  1. Arrivals on the Dnieper Hydroelectric Power Station.
  2. Arrivals on the bridge over the Kremenchug Reservoir in the Cherkasy area.
  3. Arrivals on the Kremenchug Hydroelectric Power Station.
  4. Arrivals on the Krivoy Rog Thermal Power Station.
  5. Arrivals on the Burshtyn Thermal Power Station.
  6. Attacks on the Mukachevo substation (responsible for a significant portion of the electricity flows between Ukraine and the EU. A number of substations throughout the territory controlled by Kyiv were also hit.
  7. Once again, the ground infrastructure of underground gas storage facilities in Western Ukraine was hit.

Military targets were also hit:

  1. Another strike by missiles with cluster and high-explosive warheads on the airfield in Starokostiantyniv.
  2. The Odessa area (there are many warehouses with NATO aid here).
  3. Kyiv – strikes on the air defense system (possibly other objects)
  4. Airfield in Mirgorod (Poltava region)
  5. The Zaporizhia area – the main rear base of the Zaporizhia front.
  6. The Dnepropetrovsk and Pavlograd area of ​​the Dnepropetrovsk region. Military production facilities could have been hit here, and the railway junction (or its substations) in Pavlograd.
  7. The rear of the enemy front in the Chasov-Yarsky direction.

The attack consisted of:

Kh-101/55 cruise missiles launched by Tu-95ms strategic bombers. Zm14 cruise missiles of the Kalibr complex launched from the waters of the Black Sea.

Kh-59/69/31P guided cruise missiles launched from the waters of the Azov Sea and the Black Sea, supersonic cruise missiles Kh-22 from 4 Tu-22m3 from the waters of the Black Sea of the Russian Federation.

9m723 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles, ballistic anti-aircraft guided missiles 5V55/48N6DM of S-300/S-400 complexes from the territory of Crimea and Belgorod region;

Kh-47m2 air ballistic supersonic missiles of the Kinjdal complex, 3m22 hypersonic cruise missiles of the Zirkon complex from Crimea.

With all that in the air, Poland has raised national air force fighter jets awaiting orders to possibly intercept the missiles should they cross the Polish border.

The missile attack lasted 2 hours and 14 minutes. and the Geranium UAV attack has been going on for over 10 hours. Ukraine has been on air alert for more than 20 hours.

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy  took to social media to comment:

“Over the past week, the aggressor used nearly 140 missiles of various types, more than 900 guided aerial bombs, and over 600 strike drones. Today, our F-16 pilots shot down approximately 10 aerial targets. Efforts to address the consequences of the combined attack on our infrastructure in the Rivne, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Volyn, and Odesa regions are ongoing.

Russian terrorists are once again trying to intimidate us with cold and blackouts, repeating their actions and trying to get results from them.

The entire world sees and knows that we are defending ourselves against absolute evil, which understands no language but force. We need unity, the world needs unity. Only together can we stop this evil.”

An official from the Russian Ministry of Defense spoke about a massive attack this morning:

“In the morning, the Russian Armed Forces launched a massive strike with long-range precision weapons against critical energy infrastructure facilities that ensure the operation of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex and enterprises that produce military products.

All planned targets were hit.”

Ukraine has shut down seven of its nine operating nuclear reactors, Bloomberg reports, citing the IAEA.

Only two of the nine reactors were generating electricity at full capacity today.

According to a statement from the UN nuclear watchdog, power generation at other units was reduced to 40-90% of capacity, the newspaper writes.
