He is apparently a fan of Trump, is pro-life, and despises wokeness. Who knew?
He just dropped his first campaign ad and it’s surprisingly good. Like really good.

Offer Vince Shlomi, better known as the “ShamWow guy,” released his first campaign ad on Sunday in his bid for Texas’s 31st Congressional District– and it’s a wild ride.
That anti-woke message was featured prominently in Shlomi’s first ad, which showcased his classic infomercial showmanship, a promise to “slam chop the nuts out of woke,” and a talking fetus.
“I’m going to soak up the swap, clean the house, and pick up those liberal tears at the same time,” Schlomi vowed in the ad. “I’m going to slap chop the nuts out of the woke, making less bluehead commies and more red-blooded Americans.”
Schlomi also took a swipe at incumbent Carter, who himself is running for reelection, opening the ad by likening the eighty-four-year-old congressman to former President Joe Biden.
“I’m running for Congress against this guy,” said Shlomi, holding up a picture of Carter. “Stop having a politician that’s worse than Biden.”
In December, it was reported by The List that Shlomi’s interest in running for office was motivated in part by the assassination of Charlie Kirk:

Vince Offer, AKA the ShamWow guy, has soaked up right-wing ideologies and decided to run for Congress in Texas. Speaking to Fox News Digital, in November 2025, Offer proudly confirmed that he decided to take his career in a political direction to pay tribute to “the original woke buster,” Charlie Kirk. Some of the ShamWow guy’s other motivations to run included a deep desire to “destroy wokeism” and to “make America happy” amid the deep bipartisan divide. In an interview with TIME, that very same month, the pitchman shared how the late podcaster had propelled him towards his goal.
“I felt like I have Charlie Kirk’s spirit in me, in a sense — or near me. It’s drawn me to do this,” Offer explained.
He seems like a genuine conservative candidate. Could this guy actually become part of Congress? Why not?
