On Wednesday, Judge Beryl Howell excoriated DOJ lawyers and signaled that she may permanently block President Trump from taking action against Perkins Coie.

Last month, President Trump stripped security clearances of the employees at DNC law firm Perkins Coie.

Recall that Hillary Clinton and the DNC paid law firm Perkins Coie more than $1 million to hire oppo research firm Fusion GPS to peddle the bogus ‘Trump-Russia’ dossier during the 2016 election.

Former British spy Christopher Steele compiled over a dozen memos alleging the Russians had blackmail on Trump and that his associates were conspiring with the Kremlin to win the 2016 election.

The memos were made into a largely debunked dossier that was eventually published by BuzzFeed on January 10, 2017.

Perkins Coie and Hillary Clinton were behind the hoax.

Judge Beryl Howell blocked part of President Trump’s executive order barring employees from DNC law firm Perkins Coie from entering federal buildings.

Beryl Howell granted Perkins Coie’s request for a TRO for part of Trump’s executive order and said the president violated the law firm’s due process.

During a hearing on Wednesday, Beryl Howell accused DOJ lawyers of acting like 3-year-olds who throw temper tantrums.

The judge compared Trump’s executive action against Perkins Coie and other law firms to the “Red Scare.”

A federal judge appeared inclined Wednesday to enter a permanent ruling barring the Trump administration from implementing an executive order targeting the law firm of Perkins Coie, after repeatedly pressing a government attorney over whether President Donald Trump’s sweeping efforts to target the legal community run afoul of the Constitution.

At Wednesday’s hearing, Deputy Associate Attorney General Richard Lawson repeatedly sought to defend the executive order as lawful, arguing that Trump’s views about the firm reflected his right to free speech and that the administration has broad discretion to raise national security concerns about a law firm’s work.

But Howell was highly skeptical of those defenses and only grew more frustrated as Lawson refused to answer direct questions about the purpose of the executive order.

“The purpose was not to force Perkins to its knees?” Howell asked.

“I don’t view it that way,” Lawson replied.

At one point in the hearing, Judge Howell chastised the government for a memo sent to government agencies in the wake of her initial temporary restraining order that included “extra language” stating that the administration took the position Trump’s executive order was lawful and they believed her TRO was “erroneous.”

“I’ll be honest — it struck me as sort of a temper tantrum by the Department of Justice and OMB,” Howell said, referencing the Office of Management and Budget. “Worthy of a three year old — not the Department of Justice and OMB.”

The Trump DOJ previously moved to disqualify corrupt Judge Howell from the Perkins Coie case for repeatedly demonstrating “partiality against and animus towards the president.”

In its motion to disqualify the judge, the Trump DOJ included recent video of Beryl Howell going on a crazy tirade against Trump.

Late last month, Beryl Howell rejected the Trump DOJ’s motion to disqualify her from the Perkins Coie case.
