Far-Left Radicals Threaten and Shut Down AMAC Event in Oregon with Speakers from the OR House, United Sovereign Americans, Heritage Action and Turning Point USA

A radical far-left group threatened and shut down a conservative event in King City, Oregon organized by AMAC, with OR State Rep. Ed Diehl, and speakers from United Sovereign Americans, Heritage Action and Turning Point USA.

An Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC) event was supposed to take place today, Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the King City Clubhouse in King City, Oregon.

The event had guest speakers from the Oregon House (Rep. Ed Diehl), United Sovereign Americans, Heritage Action and Turning Point USA.

These peaceful, God, and America-loving groups were supposed to share in an open setting thoughts and ideas to support sensible legislation, fiscal responsibility, and accountability at all levels of government.

This was too much for the radical left in Oregon. They had to shut this down. To hell with free speech, do what the Nazis did and prevent those not supporting your ideas from ever gathering together and scare them into submission, then label them Nazis.

A group of far-left radicals got together on Reddit in an effort to do just that. Here is one message from this group:

King City, cheek to jowl with Tigard and a spit away from Beaverton, is gonna be host to some chuckleheads tied up with Christian nationalists, the Heritage Foundation (aka Project 2025), and other alt right weirdos to start discussing strategies here in Washington County. Our area doesn’t need folks like this attacking our community by spreading hateful rhetoric that they’re trying to turn into hateful action. As we can all see, hateful action is all to common in our government right now. Much of it seems frustratingly outside of our hands at a time when it feels necessary to resist. Well, now they’re in our neighborhoods and it’s time to RESIST.

If you feel the same, let’s turn up and give them exactly the warm welcome they deserve! Come protest; make signs supporting your values; empower yourself and your neighbors by showing up for us all!

Here is this gang’s message to fellow radicals.

One member on the radical left account on Reddit shared that the people sharing at the event are “extremist hate groups equivalent to Nazis”:

Please call the clubhouse directly and tell them this is wrong! 503-639-6565.

I just spoke to King City Clubhouse and was told this is being sponsored by a private community club and is not being sponsored by King City or the Clubhouse. This group felt compelled to bring these people to speak in response to our local representatives holding a town hall there in January, and they claim to be seeking equal time. There is a vote pending as to whether to allow clubs to hold any sort of political meeting, and because of this the Clubhouse was willing to let them have their “equal time”.

I told the Clubhouse that these people are not part of a political group, they are not equivalent to duly elected representatives reporting to their voters, these people are from extremist hate groups equivalent to Nazis, and this community does not welcome them. PLEASE CALL AND STRESS THAT DISTINCTION! Our community needs arenas where our elected representatives can come meet with us. Hate groups DO NOT count as political groups!

This hateful individual lied by claiming Oregon GOP Representative (Ed Diehl) is not a “duly elected representative” and took his name off their flyer. Also, the individual posting the above labeled United Sovereign Americans, Heritage Action, and Turning Point USA “extremist hate groups equivalent to Nazis.”

NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. Talk about projection!

A source told me that the clubhouse where the event was to take place received thirteen threatening phone calls yesterday and as a result they decided to cancel the event in their facility.
