Nicole, a Jewish Australian radio host, was reportedly fired after she refused to support Hamas and โpro-Palestinianโ views on a community radio show in Australia.
According to the Jerusalem Post, โNicole, a Jewish Australian with Mexican and Israeli heritage, hosted a Latin American radio show on Radio Skid Row, a community radio station in Sydney, Australia.โ
Sarah shared what happened on social media, โAnd they basically just told me that if I cannot support the October seventh attacks as resistance and as something positive, basically saying also that itโs not true that anybody got killed or burned or anything, that if I cannot support the hostages being kept, then I donโt align with their values and I cannot be there.โ
โIf I cannot support the fact that Israel doesnโt have a right to exist and that Jews donโt have a right to be in Israel, I can no longer be at their station.โ
โWhen I started to cry because I was trying to have a respectful conversation about agreeing to disagree and respect each otherโs abuse, even though I absolutely donโt support terrorism and aggression and murder, they basically told me, โWe donโt appreciate your white women tears.โโ
Thank you @carolinemarcus for sharing this terrible story about the hateful, antisemitic treatment of Jewish woman, Nicole, at Skid Row community radio in Sydney. There must be consequences. https://t.co/1ORTkS9dqK

A Jewish host has been axed from a community radio station after covering up a Free Palestine sticker during her Latino music program.
The former radio host took to social media platform X on Friday to explain why she was fired.
Former radio volunteer Nicole has joined Sky News senior reporter Caroline Marcus to recount the story of her firing.
โI still canโt believe that it happened the way that it happened,โ Nicole said.
โI am glad I made the video because now I have second guessed โ can that even be what they told me is real because itโs just unbelievable.โ
