President Trump on Thursday granted Tina Peters a full pardon.
Tina, a Gold Star Mother who is in poor health, is now serving nine years in a Colorado state prison for challenging the 2020 elections. The left wants her dead.
Tina Peters has been found guilty on state charges and is serving time in a state prison, so the presidential pardon will not result in her immediate release.
Last week, a magistrate judge dismissed Tina Peter’s habeas corpus petition seeking an early release from prison.
President Trump’s close friend and former schoolmate and attorney, Peter Ticktin, recently wrote in a letter that Peters has been attacked three times by other inmates.
“For years, Democrats ignored Violent and Vicious Crime of all shapes, sizes, colors, and types. Violent Criminals who should have been locked up were allowed to attack again. Democrats were also far too happy to let in the worst from the worst countries so they could rip off American Taxpayers,” Trump said.
“Democrats only think there is one crime – Not voting for them! Instead of protecting Americans and their Tax Dollars, Democrats chose instead to prosecute anyone they can find that wanted Safe and Secure Elections. Democrats have been relentless in their targeting of TINA PETERS, a Patriot who simply wanted to make sure that our Elections were Fair and Honest. Tina is sitting in a Colorado prison for the “crime” of demanding Honest Elections,” Trump said.
“Today I am granting Tina a full Pardon for her attempts to expose Voter Fraud in the Rigged 2020 Presidential Election!” Trump said on Truth Social.
In October 2024, Tina Peters, the former Mesa County, Colorado, Clerk, was found guilty of three charges and sentenced to nine years in prison.
She was jailed for preserving evidence from the 2020 elections that she was told to delete, despite laws to preserve records for a length of time.
The nasty leftist judge berated her, insulted her, and told her she had “white privilege!”

In May, Peter Ticktin, filed an amicus brief in support of Tina Peters in Colorado.
Just days after Peter Ticktin’s amicus brief was filed, President Trump directed the Department of Justice to take all necessary action to release this political prisoner from the Biden regime.
President Trump previously ripped Colorado’s Attorney General and demanded the release of Tina Peters.
“Radical Left Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser ignores Illegals committing Violent Crimes like Rape and Murder in his State and, instead, jailed Tina Peters, a 69-year-old Gold Star mother who worked to expose and document Democrat Election Fraud,” Trump said on Truth Social in May.
“Tina is an innocent Political Prisoner being horribly and unjustly punished in the form of Cruel and Unusual Punishment. This is a Communist persecution by the Radical Left Democrats to cover up their Election crimes and misdeeds in 2020,” Trump wrote.
