Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room to discuss the Texas swamp and why he was removed from the House floor on Tuesday.
Ken Paxton was kicked off the House floor by the Sergeant of Arms on Tuesday afternoon.
After surviving a lawfare impeachment trial two years ago, Paxton really angered the Texas RINOs after he announced a run for US Senate as Cornyn’s challenger.
Tuesday was a deadline day to take up Senate bills in the Texas House and instead of dealing with priorities, the Texas RINOs used their time and resources to remove Ken Paxton.
“Ken Paxton was just kicked off the House floor by the Sergeant of Arms at the direction of Texas House Administration,” Texas State Rep. Andy Hopper said.
“Ridiculous,” he added.

Ken Paxton joined Bannon’s War Room to discuss the events that led up to his removal from the Texas House.
“Were you escorted off the floor of the Texas House today, sir, by some Republicans? Any truth to these rumors?” Bannon asked Paxton.
Paxton confirmed he was removed even though he spent ten years in the Texas House.
“I’ve gone on the floor as Texas Attorney General in the past… this is the first time, I was asked by about 10-12 House members to come on the floor and talk to a few of them and say hi – it was no big deal. I was going to take a picture with them and then I had a staffer come up to me and say I had to leave immediately and I said I though former House members are allowed to be on the floor and she well they are but not the attorney general,” Paxton said.
Paxton said one of the RINO state reps who voted to impeach him was behind the removal.
