Sandy Hook Families To Sue Alex Jones’ Relatives To Collect On $1.5Bn Judgements

TRUTH PUKE’S TAKE: According to David Zensky, the families of Sandy Hook victims are pursuing legal action against Alex Jones’ wife and other relatives in order to satisfy the $1.5 billion judgments they obtained from lawsuits against the bankrupt conspiracy theorist. Zensky revealed during a bankruptcy court hearing that Jones resorted to intricate financial maneuvers, referred to as “financial gymnastics,” to conceal his assets and evade the judgments.

The families have a compelling argument to recover specific payments made to Jones’ family, including a $1 million payment to his wife. U.S. bankruptcy law permits the reversal of asset transfers made before bankruptcy as a means to address outstanding debts.

In their investigation, the families have scrutinized approximately $62 million in transfers associated with Jones’ company.

The families have accused Jones and his company, Free Speech Systems, of profiting from spreading falsehoods about the Sandy Hook shooting, leading to substantial defamation judgments totaling $1.5 billion.

Jones filed for bankruptcy protection in December and July of the previous year. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez, overseeing the proceedings, urged both parties to engage in a final attempt at reaching a settlement, setting a mediation deadline of July 21.
