A judge had issued an order blocking the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from deporting certain illegal aliens, but the administration executed the deportations through the DOD, which was not explicitly covered by the judgeโs ruling.
Many rogue judges throughout the United States have been actively working against the Trump administrationโs efforts to deport violent illegal aliens. Multiple rogue judges have also been arrested and charged who have been found by the FBI to be assisting illegal aliens in evading ICE arrests.
