President Trump on Saturday morning went off on the growing Biden autopen scandal after disturbing audio of Robert Hur’s interview with the former president was released.
The President said the autopen scandal was a “major part” of the real crime” that the 2020 presidential election was “rigged and stolen.”
Trump also slammed “Dirty cop” James Comey for spying on his 2016 campaign.
“Whoever had control of the “AUTOPEN” is looking to be a bigger and bigger scandal by the moment. It is a major part of the real crime, THAT THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF 2020 WAS RIGGED AND STOLEN! Millions and millions of people knew that, but the Radical Left Democrats waged a campaign of inoculation and innocence like none that had ever been waged before. THIS IS WHY THE UNSELECT COMMITTEE OF POLITICAL THUGS, WHO WERE GIVEN A FULL AND COMPLETE PARDON BY THE PERSON WHO WIELDED THE NOW ILLEGALLY USED AUTOPEN, DELETED AND DESTROYED ALL EVIDENCE AND INFORMATION FROM THEIR CORRUPT AND VICIOUS WITCH HUNT AGAINST ME, AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE, WHOSE LIVES WERE COMPLETELY SHATTERED AND DESTROYED BY THIS HISTORICALLY CRIMINAL EVENT. Audio of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s 2023 interview with Joe Biden was released on Friday evening.
In late 2023, Joe Biden spent two days with Special Counsel Robert Hur about his handling of stolen classified documents.
Joe Biden STOLE SCIF-designated classified documents and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center.
Biden also stored classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette where his son Hunter had access to the sensitive materials.
Robert Hur found that Joe Biden “willfully retained” classified information, however, he decided not to charge him. Hur said there is evidence Biden retained classified notebooks, “knowing he was not allowed to do so.”
The Justice Department defended not bringing charges against Biden because he’s a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
The portion of the audio released showed Biden repeatedly struggling to remember names and dates.
The audio clearly shows that Biden was incapacitated and could not carry out his duties as Commander-in-Chief.

Joe Biden was so incapacitated that someone else was in charge of his autopen. Biden’s pardons are now under investigation.
DOJ Pardon Attorney, Ed Martin said on Tuesday that the Justice Department is reviewing Joe Biden’s last-minute pardons amid the growing autopen scandal.
This week Ed Martin told podcast host Vince Coglianese that DOJ investigators have never seen pardons of this scope… “it looks like they could be corrupt.”

Joe Biden also issued a blanket pardon for his son, Hunter Biden after promising not to intervene in the Justice Department’s prosecution of tax and gun crimes.
On January 19, 2025, just one day before Trump was set to be sworn in as the 47th US President, Joe Biden issued a flurry of pardons to his family members, Fauci and others.
The Oversight Project determined that all of the pardons issued on January 19 had the same exact Biden autopen signature.
The Oversight Project also has gathered every document they could find with Biden’s signature – ALL used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that he was dropping out of the 2024 election.
