MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia vowed to fight the Trump Administration in public remarks after a radical Obama judge ordered him to be released from ICE custody.
Abrego Garcia was an illegal alien residing in Maryland when he was deported to his home country of El Salvador earlier this year and placed in the notorious CECOT prison, however, radical left-wing judges ordered him to be returned to the US.
The wife-beater and gang member was previously ordered deported by an immigration judge, but he was not to be sent to his home country of El Salvador.
On Thursday, Judge Paula Xinis, an Obama appointee in Maryland, ordered the “immediate release” of Garcia, arguing that he has been detained without lawful authority.
“Since Abrego Garcia’s return from wrongful detention in El Salvador, he has been re-detained, again without lawful authority,” Judge Xinis wrote.
“For this reason, the Court will GRANT Abrego Garcia’s Petition for immediate release from ICE custody,” the judge wrote.
Abrego Garcia vowed in Spanish to fight the Trump Administration.

Abrego Garcia asked Judge Xinis to grant an emergency Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) blocking the feds from rearresting him.
On Friday morning, Judge Xinis granted the TRO and blocked ICE from detaining Abrego Garcia.
Xinis said Abrego Garcia was released from custody because ICE did not produce a final “order of removal” to deport him.
“Respondents are ENJOINED from re-detaining Petitioner Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia in ICE custody until this Court can receive further briefing from the parties and conduct a hearing on the TRO Motion,” the judge wrote.
